Ekstrak Biji Srikaya (Annona squamosa) sebagai Daya Bunuh Larva Aedes sp

The aim of this study is to determine the dose of been soursop extract against larvae of Aedes sp killing activity (larvacida) that derived from dengue endemic areas in Mataram with bioassay testing in the laboratory. The research method used was completely randomized experimental design. The samples used were  instar III of larvae Aedes sp derived from eggs of Aedes sp mosquitoes that were collected in the homes of residents in endemic areas dengue fever in the city of Mataram. Results of bioassay test in the laboratory was obtained LD56 and LD90 are 0.14 ppm and 0.20 ppm respectively. So that, the been of soursop extract is effective to kill the larvae of Aedes sp.
